Be careful if you book this hotel and need the shuttle services that the shuttle has the exact name of the hotel on the side! The hotel isn't too close to the airport (Google maps says 2.4km but we believe it was further), however, the shuttle service is very convenient and included in your stay. The lobby has a very 90s feel to it and the staff had limited English, but we were able to communicate, and our room was extremely comfortable and clean, exactly what we needed. Wifi seemed ok, and we did not have breakfast at the hotel so we can't say how good it was. I did not have a Chinese phone number for them to call me back but the staff and driver made sure I got picked up smoothly (they told me to wait at Gate 11 at the departure level and their vehicle was easy to identify). The shuttle from the hotel to the airport is also free and runs every 30 minutes. My driver Mr. Chen Jian was punctual and hospitable. I also appreciate the variety and food quality of the free breakfast buffet.
