"The first room we were given, the floor has not been swept. We were moved to a second room with the same issue. We then moved into our third room which still had pee in the toilet. We decided to just stick with that third room. The manager was helpful on getting us moved around. The property is updated and looks nice. The rooms are nicely painted and appointed. The exterior has bright lights in the parking lot to make you feel safe. The parking lot is tight because they also rent Uhaul out of it but we still found parking Definitely a budget friendly motel I would stay at again even with the minor issues."

"Staff didn’t speak English, had to use a translator to communicate. Pool was half full of water and couldn’t swim. Found a roach in our bathroom. Stayed for 1 night and chose to leave. Still waiting on a refund."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking available. Breakfast served and it was good for a hotel breakfast. Our room (king bed) was clean and comfortable. All the amenities we needed were provided. Shower was very nice and enjoyable. There are restaurants nearby. There is also Walmart and Sam’s Club in walking distance. My only complaint was the pool. It was cold, and it felt like it never cleaned. Couldn't use it."

"Prompt airport shuttle going and coming. Very economical parking while we flew. Professional and personable staff. Very comfortable bed. Very clean. Amazing breakfast. Everything excellent except for pool area which was a real disappointment all 3 nights we stayed at Wichita Airport Springhill Suites. Neither pool nor hot tub were up to a comfortable temperature. The hot tub is dangerous with no step downs. Either close the hot tub or put in the standard 2‘6“ hot tub with two step downs and one that actually bubbles. "
