"Our room was quiet and clean. There was plenty of free parking and the breakfast was nice too. It advertises it as being downtown Spokane - which it is, but it's not in a very nice area. There was nothing walkable around it so to get to the nice area of down town we had to pay about $20 Canadian for parking elsewhere. I should have investigated it a little more before booking so really the location issue was my own fault. On the bright side, it was really easy to get to off the main highway. The front staff and people running the breakfast were very nice."

"Each time we visit Cheney, we choose to stay at this hotel. Helpful staff, very clean and airy rooms, nice beds and linen, and a scrumptious breakfast goes with it all. My husband has, on occasion, also used the hot tub and found it very good for tired and achy muscles. We like the easy parking, and the closeness to shopping at Safeway for light snacks in the evening. We'll continue choosing this hotel when visiting family here."

"Absolutely love this hotel! It’s stunningly beautiful. From the moment we walked in, I felt like I was in a glamorous 1920’s movie. Our room nicely decorated, roomy and comfortable. It had a desk, walk in shower, mini fridge, sitting area, etc. The food was great. We had cocktails and a bite at The Peacock bar, which was also really cool. Super nice waiter there as well (sorry, forgot his name). Easy walk to the falls and plenty of restaurants n the area (We had breakfast at The House of Brunch - also highly recommend!) We’ll definitely return!"

"Great place to stay! The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, and there was lots of room to bump around in your room. We'd definitely stay there again. Contactless check in so we didn't deal with any staff per se....That being said, the check in was very convenient and super easy."
