We will welcome you in our 4 ears gîte classified gîte de France and independent of 270 m² + private swimming pool building of 98m² on enclosed grounds.
Located at the entrance of our farm, which is unusual because of its breeds of animals but also because of our breeding method (our animals are not locked up in buildings, so you will not suffer from nuisances!) We are organic farmers and will be delighted to introduce you to our animals

Isolated from our other buildings, our cottage offers you a magnificent view of the hilly countryside and the forest of the Petite Charnie, which the Sarthe offers us.
This large house of 270 m² accommodates 15 guests, offers 7 beautiful and spacious bedrooms each with their private bathroom with toilet, a living room with fireplace, billiards, books and board games, a large dining room with open kitchen, a laundry room
The ground floor (only) is accessible (but not approved) to people with reduced mobility including also a bedroom and its private bathroom

A 98m² insulated and glazed building adjoining the house, heated by the floor, houses the 8 x4 m heated swimming pool year-round with a beach for the little ones, and stairs, it will delight young and old! You can swim while enjoying the view of our animals
Outside, you will find beautiful tables for your meals with charcoal barbecue, petanque court, charcoal barbecue
You can go for a walk from the farm, go to the forest or stay and enjoy its peaceful environment


Due to the proximity of our animals and the health risks, your animal friends are only allowed in your game, they must not wander on the farm and the droppings must be picked up

Arrival time from 5 p.m. (before 9 p.m.) and flexible check-out time to be discussed directly with us, except during school holidays, arrival 5 p.m. and departure 10 a.m. Thank you
