Was disappointed that hot tub was not working as that was one reason we chose this hotel - however made good use of the swimming pool which was nice. Nice hotel overall in pleasant quiet surroundings. Room was large with nice balcony but some items could do with updating such as the bath which appeared badly stained or could do with a good clean. Had dinners/starters in bar area which were good.

The best thing about this hotel is the view. The rooms are ok (carpet a bit old, bathrooms could use remodelling) and on the small side. Pool was nice but very small and narrow and not particularly warm, so we didn’t stay in very long. The pool has a great view over the water and the views from the hotel rooms are stunning. The breakfast was quite basic with not many options and cost €35 plus fees. Overall the hotel and breakfast were not good value. The staff member who offered to give us a ride to our next hotel was very helpful. It wasn’t clear where to go to get the ferry and we did ask staff questions about the ferry routes, etc., but perhaps there was a language barrier. There’s a way to walk directly from the ferry terminal to the hotel, which we discovered ourselves on the way back! Staff didn’t offer to book any excursions for us. The price didn’t seem to match the luxury experience we expected. (My friend’s room was over $700 a night, mine was $548). Great views and the wine and cocktails are highly recommended!
