The cottage is located near the sumptuous and hilly setting of Lake Chemillé sur Indrois and its leisure center, where young and old will love to cool off on sunny days. Ground floor: living room-lounge-equipped kitchen (sofa), 1st bedroom (2 twin beds 90x190 + shower room + toilet), separate toilet, laundry. Upstairs: 2nd bedroom (bed 160x200 + bathroom + toilet), 3rd bedroom (3 beds 90 + shower room + toilet). Underfloor heating + convectors (included in the rates). 1000 m² private enclosed garden. Non-smoking cottage. Treetop adventure course 1 km away at Lake Chemillé sur Indrois. You will be in the heart of Touraine on the South side, in an enchanting setting, where the rolling countryside, landscapes and picturesque corners constantly renewed encourage family relaxation around a picnic or on the occasion of a simple stopover. In this region so rich in historical heritage, some Loire Valley Castles located less than 35 minutes away are worth the detour: Medieval City of Loches, Amboise and Chenonceau castles.

#### Excellente adresse

Gite de grande qualité. Trés lumineux, placé dans une zone silencieuse proche d'un plan d'eau. On se sent très bien dans ce gite. L'acceuil est exeptionnel le propriétaire est très acceuillant. De plus il propose un petit aperçu de produits locaux ( vin, macarons, miel).Je conseille ce gite pour tout vacancier qui ne craint pas d'être dans un village un peu isolé.
