Upon check-in, we experienced a minor issue with our room not being ready on time. I requested to speak with the manager on duty, and Kevin, the hotel manager, was incredibly accommodating. He went above and beyond to make it right by offering us a special dinner, which was a thoughtful gesture that truly made a difference. Gabriel, our room concierge, was exceptional. He was attentive, helpful, and consistently went out of his way to ensure all our needs were met. He even planned a romantic dinner for us to celebrate our anniversary, which was a beautiful and memorable experience. Lucia, the manager at Olio, was also fantastic. She ensured every detail of our dining experience was perfect. You can really tell that the staff here enjoy what they do and take pride in delivering outstanding service. I also want to extend my thanks to Estela at the front desk and Jeremias at the Preferred Lobby Bar—both were friendly, professional, and added to the overall quality of our stay. I highly recommend this resort. It’s relaxing, luxurious, and the customer service is truly top notch. Looking forward to returning.

We liked the room it was spacious with a comfortable bed. The bathroom had a large walk in shower which was great. We did not like that the staff were more concerned about what tip you would give even for just putting a drink in front of you on the bar. Even for the free breakfast we were presented with a zero bill and prompted to give a tip. I found this most bizarre. The seaweed on the beach made it very smelly not the hotel’s fault but there were no attempts to clear it in the 4 days we were there. The beach bar/club was very shabby. Really just a hut with old wooden tables and chairs. The outdoor pool although it looked a decent size in the advertising was really small!! Quite a disappointing experience. We did like Tulum town good restaurants and bars a reasonable prices. The hotel bar was expensive.

My stay at Sana Tulum was magical. The accommodations, food and top tier staff far exceeded my expectations. From the moment Sofía and Joss greeted me via text and at the front desk, I knew the bar was raised. The service provided throughout the week was stellar - shout out to Rigo and Jorge. I could not have chosen a more perfect place to relax.
