Poor poor review of Ramada Cheltenham
When, we checked in, we weee notified that there was no hot breakfast. They could gave emailed me earlier if the kitchen was open. The room was very stuffy. No fan or aircon. We reported thus and were told that the hotel had shutdown aircon facility. Then we were provided with a fan. There is no ambience in the reception. Also, only one towel was provided for the couple. We were running lare abd therefore did not ask for a second towel.

Should not be taking bookings at this stage!
Shouldn't be taking bookings! Hotel is not ready and was under renovation whilst I was there with builders in and out the corridor till late at night. No kitchen operational so no evening meal or breakfast yet they charge me for breakfast. Obviously there was no bar either.

The room was sub-standard, exposed light fittings, bulbs not working etc. Poor quality and not great value. Would not recommend.

Friendly staff, clean comfy beds and fluffy towels. Powerful shower with plenty of hot water. Bathroom clean but needs updating. Bar area was not up and running during our stay. We understand the hotel is going through a tidy up and is a work in progress. However the building exterior, carpark and garden desperately needs some tlc.
