Joly home in the heart of old Chelsea
- Beautiful two bedroom home
With full amenities
The kitchen is fully fully equipped and is all yours to use
I built this house, myself in 2015 and rented occasionally in the summer and holiday months
You can walk to three restaurants and a grocery store
2 minute drive to the Nordic spa and the village of Chelsea or a 15 minute walk on the walking path
Two minute walk from the bike path that goes to Wakefield
Pets are allowed.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
It is essential that the temperature is set back to 20° and all the windows are closed
I’ve had issues with this in the past where people leave the windows open
I will charge $50 per day if the guest leave with the window open or the heat too high or the air conditioner too low it must be set to 20°
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
