Had a great stay in the heart of Birmingham. Key collection was easy - from a local shop and car parking was secure on site. The apartment was modern and clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of places to visit and restaurants all in walking distance.

Upon checking in, the staff member in reception on Tuesday evening was rude, abrupt and very unpleasant to deal with, almost that I was an inconvenience on my arrival.
The room itself wasn't what I had paid for. I paid for a premium double room, double bed. I got given a room with two single beds pushed together which was extremely uncomfortable. The room smelled of foist as well which wasn't pleasant at all.
The window barely shut and had to use a fair bit if force to get it remotely shut. Not great.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend to anyone and I certainly won't be returning.

"Excellent all around. Breakfast was amazing and this is the first hotel where at breakfast they have kept vegetarian items such as hash browns, mushrooms and eggs away from the meat items such as bacon etc. which is great for us vegetarians"

"Hotel, doesn’t allow under 18 to use the swimming pool which is disappointing as the pool was the main reason I chose this hotel. It did spoil our stay. Room is nice and air conditioning is worked well."
