On day of checkin I was sent an email outside of the hotels.com site asking for a deposit even though my booking was paid up front. It was a little bit sketchy. "Lovely spacious apartment with view if Eiffel Tower in central location 1 minute from Concorde metro. We all loved it and apartment was well equipped for a lovely stay. Host is also very friendly and provided a good summary guide to the area and local shops and restaurants "
