Nice place for a weekend getaway. Restaurants and shopping were a three minute walk from the room, with a number of good options depending on your budget and dietary needs.

Wonderful!
The weather was awesome. Lake was brilliant and clear. So cool to see all the trout swimming by our balcony. Room was great. The public pool area was clean, accommodating, and met some fun folks over uno, water slide and hot tubbing. Only complaint, there were no hours listed for the restaurant.

Great location, walking distance to everything in Chelan.
This is such a perfect location and the rooms are well equipped for the size. We loved the waterfront patio and proximity to town.

We have been coming to Lake Chelan for 30 plus years , staying at several hotels. We used to go to Grandview when it was Caravel Hotel. We checked in and went to the room. Put our stuff down and noticed the bench at the end of the bed was really worn and actually had 2 large tears in it. That was kind of disappointing. Also, as night went on, we noticed walls were really thin and could hear everything going on upstairs. They were loud and partying until 2 am. Next morning, went to use hair dryer and none of bathroom electrical outlets worked. The hotel itself is great but will never rent this room again. It has a really small patio and is on the riverside. It is secluded and I prefer to be more part of where the action is. Also, went down to work out in the gym and no air conditioning. Just know if I stay there again, it won’t be this room

I liked how quiet it was. Easy access to downtown. Didn't care for the pool area. It was small and it was crowded with kids. No really good place for adults to lay out and enjoy the sun. Tiki bar seemed run down. Be nice to have a nicer bar for adults to enjoy on the property. Room was nice.

Beautiful View
The stay itself was wonderful. The unit was as described. It was a short walk across the bridge to the main part of town, but far enough to avoid noise. The only things we found disappointing - the pillows. They were so thin and flat. You have to use two to find any comfort. The second disappointment was the room cleaning. Not for a lack of being clean, just the process of getting any services. The check in process is like a hotel- you go to the main lobby to get your keys -you sign all the rules/expectations. One of these, is a charge for having your room serviced of $50. It would have been nice to have the cheap coffee restocked in our unit without the fear of calling and being charged $50 for something so small. Outside of that, this place was great.

Great Location
The studio room was comfortable although a little dated.. Loved the night view lights on the water. Bed was comfortable. Walked downtown. Had everything we needed except a place to sit.

Great View and Location
The room had a great view of Lake Chelan and was conveniently located close to downtown Chelan. Room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Some of the facilities and amenities were a little dated but did not deter from our stay. We would recommend the Grandview.

Great Getaway
My husband and I stayed here for our mini honeymoon and it was great!! The location of the room and the resort itself was perfect. We loved that the grocery store and shops were a 5 minute walk away and the room was on the quiet side of the resort. We wish it had a little stove or something, but the BBQ's outside were perfect options for dinner. We will be staying here again in the future for sure!

This was our first time visiting Lake Chelan and we were recommended Grandview On The Lake by friends. It was a great first experience. Our room was quiet and clean and our parking access was super. The only thing I can think of that was so-so was the blow dryer. Really low power so it took a long time to dry my hair, but other than that everything was really good. We’ll definitely be returning!

Conveniently located to downtown, easy access to both Manson and Lakeshore side of the lake. Great space for a weekend get away for two. We arrived after the checkin office closed and they were very helpful and left our keys in the lockbox/ helped us with check in first thing the next day. Winter prices were very reasonable.

Wonderful weekend getaway
This condo was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was beautiful being right on the water. The location within the resort was perfect if you prefer more quiet as the pool side is around the corner which is where all the families were. Literally a 5 minute walk across the bridge to the center of town. Even though the temp was in the 90s the condo and little patio area stayed quite cool because of the direction the bldg faced. Because it’s so busy in Chelan we did have to wear those plastic wristbands the entire stay which I wasn’t a fan of but got used to. Nothing like touring wineries with a dorky neon green wristband. And if you needed a replacement it was a $75 fee which seems ridiculous- but that’s clearly the resort policy and nothing to do with the condo owner. There is a small fridge/freezer and microwave. We picked up some water and snacks at the store and were set. We did buy some of our favorite instant coffee to make in the morning. There is a coffee maker with the standard offerings for hotel coffee but it was nicer to have our own. The only additional things I would bring next time are some forks/spoons and paper plates. We will definitely be booking this condo again.

A really small suite with interesting costs card
The property is perfectly located. Appears to be an updated hotel room with a nice little patio to sit on the lake. I would stay there again but a couple of things bothered me. 1. The ad or listing is misleading in my opinion; the suite is just a room with a king size bed and large tub, and that is it for the suite; not much room in which to relax. 2. At the price charged for 2 nights you still will find a card that list ridiculous prices if you stain a face cloth or towel. No room service with fresh towels or a light cleaning.

Like being on a boat!
I read some bad reviews about Grandview after we booked and went lets hope for the best. We loved the place. the front desk was pleasant and the location was perfect. We were able to jump in the lake from our room and the swimming docks were a bonus. We will return.

Perfect getaway for couples
We loved having our balcony right on the water for some added privacy. The jetted tub in the room was nice and relaxing. The lake and river views are really nice at this place and I took a lot of great sunset photos. Short walk across the bridge to restaurants and shops.

Grandview Inn
We loved the location of our room. It was beautiful. Our only issue was with ants crawling up the bathtub. Housekeeping came in and sprayed and the ants moved into the fridge overnight covering our bottled drinks. This was a pretty quiet stay and we enjoyed it overall.
