Authenticity and refinement will be offered in this large living room where we have kept the bread oven and a second large fireplace open. An entrance on a stairwell will lead you to a kitchen where you will find all the comforts of the 21st century by passing independent toilets. The staircase leads to 2 bedrooms, the first equipped with a double bed and the second with two single beds, each equipped with a private bathroom with a shower, sink and a toilet. On the outdoor gravelled terrace, the Josephine lounge, welcomes you for your meals in the shade of an arbor facing a garden, at the end of which is the parking. Located in the center of a historical area, less than 20km you will find the castles of Chinon (22Km), Rigny-Ussé (11Km), Azay-Le-Rideau (4Km), Islette (9Km), Villandry (15Km) and Langeais (13,5Km), excluding vineyards, forests, rivers with their promises of beautiful walks. Décoration conforme aux photos. Pas très adapté - les chambres - en cas de fortes chaleurs mais salon frais. Voie cyclable sécurisée - quoique pas à 100% - pour rejoindre Azay-le-Rideau. There's lots of private outdoor space for relaxing and ample parking. Samira and Bertrand are generous, kind and knowledgable people who made us feel at home right from the start. The cottage is close to Azay le Rideau, lots of the wonderful chateaux in the Loire valley and bike paths. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this accommodation. ##### Lorinda v. Gîte ravissant, plein de charme, il ne manque rien, très propre. Beaucoup d authenticité et de goût dans la décoration. L extérieur est spacieux, et vraiment très agréable dans un hameau très calme, et néanmoins au centre de belles expéditions en Touraine, endroit idéal pour visites des châteaux.
