It's a cozy, clean, well decorated, private log cabin. What made it perfect for us was the central location to three national parks. We hiked in Olympic National Park on the way from SeaTac. The next day we went to Mt. St. Helens and the final day we hiked at Mt Ranier. (approximately 1 1/2 hours to each) It was nice to return to the cabin for dinner on the porch. Awesome area. I had told the host we would be arriving late. They responded quickly letting me know that wouldn't be a problem. Upon arrival the code did not work. Tried getting a hold of the host. We were locked out. Ended up having to get in through an open window. Never heard A word from our host all weekend. Very very stressful way to start a weekend getaway away. The heat did not work. So it was very cold the first night. But to tired from our long drive to deal with it. The next night it was to cold to handle. Still no word from host. After a couple hours I was able to get the heat pump working and the rest of the stay way very relaxing. Never heard a word from the property manager. I called numerous times and thieir phone was turned off and went straight to voice mail. All in all this was not the stress free weekend I was hoping to have. Cabim & area were awesome.
