The best flights we have had in the past year, just a joy to use with a bonus of less than five hours to cross the Atlantic Ocean to Shannon 😁.

Why is your cabin bag size allowance smaller than everyone else, even companies running the same aircraft?

Short flight made the restricted legroom bearable. Had our own entertainment and food!

Very annoying not being able to check in before 48 hours unless paying extra. And then being randomly spread around the plane although 2 seats together were available .. on principle I will not pay extra for this privilifge. Although many emails prior to this flight reminding of the limited bag size , I was shocked to see many people still taking on board much larger bags than mine and my bag was slightly bigger than the stated size .
