"Not to be mistaken for a hotel, this is a self service set of prehistoric rooms, except for the pricing. Cleanliness is subpar, towels are older than my grandmother, and air conditioning is not a technology that has reached this part of the world. I was desperate to get some rest, but good luck doing so in 30 deg C temperature with no air conditioning. Oh and not to forget the noise from the restaurant downstairs right beneath my window. I arrived in the afternoon around 3pm to find the door...

"This beautifully restored house is very charming and comfortable. The grounds are pristine, with lovely fruit trees and fragrant lavender. The heated pool was very much appreciated. I will note that the bedrooms and bathroom on the third floor are better suited to children rather than adults. "
