(5,045 reviews) Amazing staff. Beautiful hotel. Great location. However, a recent flood/water leak in the hotel had created an experience we would have passed on. Drilling on the main floor/lobby started at just after 7am. Room service was not available. Only one elevator worked for the entire week we stayed. The communication was not top priority as we were only notified days before heading to Vancouver and had already confirmed and paid for our stay. For a high class hotel, known all around the globe we did not find the amount we paid was worth the hype.
