All on the First Floor: Open plan living space. Living area: Smart TV Dining area. Kitchen area: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge, Dishwasher Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed, Freeview TV, DVD Player Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer (shared).. Patio with sitting-out area and garden furniture (shared). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Nestled in the heart of the picturesque coastal village of Beadnell, this first floor holiday apartment offers an excellent standard of self-catering holiday accommodation. Ebba’s Neuk is part of a modern block of apartments sitting amidst two others, which collectively form the Orchard Country Apartments. The accommodation is all on the first floor with independent and private access. There is a wall-mounted, Smart TV within the open-plan living space, and the spacious bedroom also has a wall-mounted TV/DVD player and en-suite with shower cubicle featuring EcoSmart shower and non-slip shower tray, a heated towel rail, toilet, wash basin and an illuminated mirror with shaving points above. The booking process was easy. The owner contacted me beforehand with all the information required. The apartment is beautiful with everything you need for your stay. Bus route right next door with regular buses if you want to walk somewhere then bus back. Car parking right in the grounds. I’ve had the most fabulous week and will book again. This was a lovely holiday let and we would use it again if we are in that direction. The car park is substantial and parking is easy and very convenient for the flat. You have your own entry key and you go up the steps to the flat and the flat really is as the photos show. Its well equipped and comfortable. We did have a maintenance issue which was down to unavoidable wear and tear with the bathroom plumbing (its a lovely modern and well maintained bathroom - no issues there) which we reported and this was actioned swiftly and I say this not to take issue with it as there was no way the owner could have anticipated it, but to reassure that the owner is proactive and responsive to issues. The flat is literally a couple of hundred yards from the pub which serves food but you never hear any noise. There is also a café/bistro around the corner which is worth a visit.
