"The chalet is beautiful, clean and modern! The location is remote with a gorgeous view! In the summer You can walk 20 min to the Relais, a great place for kids, playground, animals, restaurant and a view . The only thing missing is an outdoor terrace in the summer. There are plenty of balcony but a deck with a hot tub would make it perfect! The number of rooms and bathrooms make it perfect for family reunions. We had some unfortunate issues due to the weather during our stay but communication...

"Lots of room to hold a large group. Good location as you can travel throughout Switzerland within a reasonable drive. Quite the drive up the mountain through the narrow and winding streets if you aren’t used to it but all worth it! So close to the village of Nendaz which had lots to offer. Great host- super cooperative and responsive to questions. Can’t beat the views!"

"Great Bear is a lovely chalet with breathtaking views in a unique environment. I cannot think of a better summer escape, given the stunning surroundings of the Val Hérens, the local cuisine, produce, meat products, and delicious wines. "The chalet is very nice and typical for the neighbourhood. Everything you need is in there. There is a very nice view, we really enjoyed the terace for breakfast and diner. In between we explored the land of St. Bernhard. Terence sent us a very good explanation by forhand about everything and housekeeper Nicole was also very quick with her respons (we had one question)."

"Je suis venue passer une nuitée avec ma copine et nous avez passé un très bon séjour. L’hôtel a du être récemment rénové car les chambres paraissent assez récentes. Le personnel d’accueil est adorable, le spa avec vue sur la vallée est superbe. L’hôtel dispose même d’une salle de jeux avec billard, ping pong et fléchettes, de quoi bien s’amuser. Le petit déjeuner est un buffet assez varié et de très bonne qualité, il est inclus avec la chambre contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur Expedia. Nous avons dîné au restaurant chinois, excellent lui aussi. Nous retournons pour sur dans cet hôtel. A noter cependant que les chambres vue villes sont en face du train, cela ne nous a pas dérangé car nous n’étions pas à l’hôtel la journée. "
