This two-room apartment with mountain corner is located very close to the Barbossine chairlift in the popular Petit-Châtel district. It was completely renovated in 2012 and is organized as follows: - entrance with sleeping area (bunk beds) and two cupboards - living room with equipped kitchen area (fridge, microwave, sink, two electric hotplates fires, extractor hood), convertible sofa for two beds - a bedroom with a double bed (140x190) - a bathroom with window - a separate toilet The apartment also has a balcony and a ski locker, accessible public parking spaces are close to the residence. It is suitable for an occupancy of 4 or 6 people. Upon arrival, a deposit of €500 will be required by credit card imprint. Pets not allowed, non-smoking accommodation. For the summer, the Multipass for 6 people is included and offered in the rental price. Main equipment: - Refrigerator - Microwave - 2-burner electric hob - Sink - Coffee maker - Kettle - Raclette grill - Appliance fondue - Ski locker For your comfort, we can also offer the following additional services to make your stay easier: - Cancellation insurance at the price of 4.5% of the amount of the stay - Household linen at €25 for a single bed and €50 for a double bed (includes bed linen, a sheet and a large bath towel and a small bath towel per person, bath mat and kitchen linen) - Beds made on arrival: €10 for a single bed and €20 for a double bed - End of stay cleaning at €126 - Reservation of ski passes with a 10% reduction for a minimum of 3 consecutive days

Propreté laissant à desirer

A notre arrivée, vaisselle non faite et pas de clés pour le casier à ski. Sur l’annonce il est écrit au pied du télésiège de barbossine alors que la résidence est bien plus loin! En revanche très bon accueil de l’agence immobilière qui nous a fait grâce du ménage à notre départ. La prochaine fois je passerais en direct.
