Unterkunft in Ordnung. Leider kein WLAN verfügbar, wurde auch nicht in der Zeit der Anwesenheit repariert, Netzabdeckung franz. Netz eher schlecht, somit nur bedingt onlinefähig. Ansonsten diverse Mängel (z.b. verstopfte Abflüsse) und Defekte (Gravierend: Stromkabel Heizkörper im Duschraum lag mit allen Kontakten frei, gefährlich mit Kindern). Kommunikation freundlich, aber schwer telefonisch zu erreichen.
L appartement est spacieux et très bien équipé. Il est bien situé, facile d accès, sur la route de Thonon. Les quelques places de parking devant le chalet sont rapidement occupées, nous avons dû garer notre deuxième voiture un peu plus loin. Cela pourrait s avérer un peu plus compliqué en période de vacances scolaires.Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour.

Appartement agréable et calme.
Points négatifs:
- La grande table (verre) était cassé et scotché provisoirement.
- 2 Petites culottes sous le coussin du fauteuil.
- Planche des toilettes et support de rouleaux de papier toilette desserrés.
- Roues du panier inférieur du lave-vaisselle cassées, donc vaisselle pas propre. Que de désagréments pour 1 euros la roulette sur Amazon.
- La propreté à certain endroit laissait à désirer.
- Appareil à raclette très sale, n'a tout bonnement pas été nettoyé, fromage collé etc...
- Wifi ne fonctionne pas (même avec les 4 codes fournis).
- Pour certain de ces problèmes, un message a été envoyé le lundi matin à la personne responsable sur place, nous n'avons jamais reçu de réponse !!
- Vu les désagréments subis lors de notre séjour, j'ai demandé à Interchalet, de faire un geste commercial sur le montant de la location qui n'était pas pour nous, à la hauteur d'une location 4 étoiles !
A cause de ces points, cette location ne vaudrait au Tyrol en Autriche, ou nous avons l'habitude de séjourner pour nos vacances, que 2 étoiles !!!
Il suffirait de peut pour remonter la note, un peu d'entretien et un bon nettoyage !

Hezke misto, ale odpovida spise 3 hvezdicky
Hezke misto i dum, idealni pro rodiny s detmi. Ovsem podlaha byla spinava, zapachijici stary vysavac v obyvaku a spolecne chodba v dome, nekolik dnu nebo tydnu neuklizena. Dum pusobi trochu zanedbane. Odpovida spise 3 hvezdickam.

Wat een top appartement; zeer ruim en comfortabel en met prachtig uitzicht. Fijne living, keuken, badkamer(s) en rustig gelegen slaapkamer(s). Als er al iets op te merken valt dan is het dat de matrassen (vrij) hard zijn; zelf zijn we iets meer ligcomfort gewend.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, ideal ...
Sehr schöne Unterkunft, ideal für den Familienurlaub. Dank der 3 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 6 Betten, 2 Duschen und 2 Toiletten auch für "Großfamilien" bestens geeignet. Die Hausverwalterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Wohnung sind sehr viele Infoflyer und ein deutschsprachiger Reiseführer vorhanden. WiFi ist verfügbar, jedoch zeitweise etwas langsam. TV mit allen wichtigen deutschen Programmen vorhanden. Die Küche ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Zum großen Supermarktsind es 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Alle wichtigen Geschäfte sind im Ort Châtel (1 km). Reisetipps: Mit der "Multi Pass" Gästekarte für 2€/Tag je Erwachsener erhält man vielerorts kostenfreien oder ermäßigten Eintritt zu Bergbahnen, Schwimmbäder, Museen... . Ein Tagesausflug nach Genf (1,5 Std./75km) ist sehr empfehlenswert. Einen Besuch Wert sind Évian und Thonon (45 Min./45km) am Genfer See.

Wir haben das Haus Ende Juni b...
Wir haben das Haus Ende Juni bewohnt und mussten tatsächlich 30 Euro für Heizkosten entrichten.... Es war uns weder möglich noch nötig zu heizen. Hier sollte man einiges überdenken.
