This contemporary, fully-equipped flat comfortably sleeps 6, with 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room opening onto a large, bright corner balcony, for a total surface area of 87m². The open-plan living area, with its kitchen, dining area and lounge, is bright and welcoming, thanks to the two sofas and large balcony. The View is one of the only residences in Châtel with direct access to the slopes and close proximity to the village centre. All you have to do is put on your skis at the foot of the residence to reach the first ski lifts. To get to the centre and all the activities, restaurants, bars and shops, you can walk along the side paths or the road. The free shuttle bus stop is just 100 metres from the residence. So you can enjoy your stay without needing your car! This recently built residence has a contemporary design, combining modernity with Alpine charm. The interiors, designed by a professional decorator, are a perfect blend of contemporary decor and mountain ambience. A beautiful living room, comprising : Fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room Dining room opening onto the kitchen, with a table for 6 people Lounge with two corner sofas, flat-screen TV Access to the large corner balcony with valley views Sleeping area: A master bedroom, with a double bed that can be converted into 2 single beds, and en suite bathroom (shower, heated towel rail and WC) A bedroom with two single beds that can be made into a double bed, with storage space One bedroom with a bunk bed (2 single beds), with storage space Bathroom with shower, heated towel rail, toilet and washing machine A separate toilet Annexes : 2 indoor parking spaces, accessible by car lift (Dimensions: Length 5.46m; Width 2.40m; Height 2.00m).
