M. Eymard est très accueillant, disponible et soucieux du bien-être de ses locataires. La résidence est au calme et bénéficie d'aménagements extérieurs pour en profiter pleinement (hamac, terrain de pétanque...). L'appartement est propre, fonctionnel et très bien équipé.
