(729 reviews) Overall okay, but the walls in the room were very dirty and needed to be cleaned. Especially behind the desk and suitcase bench. Disgusting. Room was extremely tight, had to squeeze by furniture. Had some confusion at checkin with breakfast, I thought they told me breakfast was included but they charged my 13.90 per day. Apparently they were asking if I wanted breakfast included. Be careful with this. (502 reviews) Splendid hotel and well located in old city. The staff were exceptional. Always very friendly and helpful. The English concierge ( who spoke fluent French ) gave us some great tips on nearby restaurants and recommended a wonderful wine tour to the left and right bank which was so informative and personal. Money well spent !!
