I contacted the front desk for housekeeping services, it took until 10pm for someone to arrive to clean the dirty toilet. I was offered a measly $50 credit off my room. The valet parking services puts $100 pending charge for each day of your stay. It takes approximately 7 days for them to make the adjustments and the funds to be returned to your account. "I’ve been travelling for five weeks staying in a different hotel every night and I must say this was my absolute favourite hotel so far. So incredibly beautiful. And you gotta love a carousel bar! Thanks to all the staff who made it such a lovely day."
