Château de Saint-Beauzely

Great quiet place close to train and country. Restaurant & spa are very convenient.

I would have expected an establishment like this to have air conditioning. In this the third heat wave of the summer there was no recognition that the heat could be a problem. It was only when I spoke to reception regarding the heat, that they offered us a fan for the room. Useless in this heat, just moving the hot air around. Time to come into the real world of expected ‘global warming’. Average quality breakfast. Won’t be going back to this hotel.

Whilst the room we had was basic, it was excellent value for money. Incredibly clean, comfy beds and quiet AC, all you really need. There’s also a TV that we plugged our fire stick into and watched a move. Most of all though, a pool and fantastic staff. We encountered 3 people and they were all friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.
