(539 reviews) We spent 1 night. Appreciated: Room design is modern, smart, practical. Good lighting. Dinner in the restaurant was surprisingly good, excellent plat du jour. Front desk personnel were helpful. Water and coffee were readily available. Proximity to the train station—1 minute-can’t be beat. And easy to walk into town (one set of stairs.) We paid extra for better room with Canal view. Very nice: plenty of natural light and fresh air. Comfortable bed. Large bathroom with separate toilet. Great spacious shower. All in all excellent rapport quality/price. Would go again. Small downside. Room could have been a bit cleaner. A used towel from previous occupants was left behind in the room. Towels seemed a bit worn. (1,000 reviews) We had a car. Not sure how convenient would be if only public transport to get into Nantes which is 9.2 k away. Lovely conference hotel. Staff fab and room lovely. Only niggle would be only access room from 4.00 pm but you can use the pool so only little niggle.
