Matelas inconfortable, on ressent les ressorts, fermeté très dure. Literie de piètre qualité pour un hôtel de luxe. Drap et édredon bas gamme. Le personnel de l’entretien ménager est venu dans la chambre quand il était indiqué: ne pas entrer. Deux fois dans la même journée. A fouillé dans mes sacs ...
