Very nice apartment with garage and elevator located on the first floor of a small quiet residence and enjoying a beautiful garden. Ideal for a couple or a family. Close to the city center. Ideal to visit Chartres. Nice little terrace overlooking the garden and allowing to eat outside.  
This apartment includes an entrance of 8m2 with wardrobe and office, a bedroom of 12m2 with bed 160x200 and wardrobe, a bathroom of 4\. 5 m2 with bath / shower and 2 basins, a toilet, a kitchen overlooking a beautiful terrace fully equipped (oven, microwave, fridge, ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, crockery, washer / dryer and a large living room with 2 sofa beds.
