The apartment boasts high-quality furnishings and decor, with an emphasis on bio-sourced materials (wood, wood wool, cellulose wadding, natural linoleum, water-based paint, rainwater harvesting system, etc.). The apartment is served by bus (supermarket, city center, train station, and hospital); free public parking is available directly opposite. The interior layout is accessible to people with reduced mobility. A 15 m² terrace extends from the apartment, allowing guests to enjoy the view and the sun; a private, enclosed garden with flowers and a shaded lawn completes the property. Parking is available on the property only for people with reduced mobility; maneuvering may be challenging. Gîtes de France® accommodation (direct link below the logo in the photo) comprising a large living room with beautiful panoramic views and opening onto a semi-open-plan, fully equipped kitchen. Dining table with six chairs. Flat-screen TV with Bouygues box and parental control filter installed. Free Wi-Fi and wired internet access. Electric radiators and electric hot water with a "green electricity" contract. All windows and doors are fitted with remote-controlled electric roller shutters for complete blackout. Single-story, non-smoking cottage. The host's home is adjacent to the cottage; access to the owner's garden is only permitted in their presence, due to the presence of a pond. Pets are not allowed: the host has an assistance dog, which limits the possibility of cohabitation with other animals. If Team's happens to visit, you must prevent them from entering the cottage and refrain from feeding them, as golden retrievers are greedy. However, cuddles are welcome! Please inform Gîtes de France® (link below the logo in the photo) if you do not wish the dog to visit you. The cottage, which is entirely on one level, has been adapted to accommodate a person with reduced mobility (accessible spaces, bathroom, walk-in shower, sink, and toilet). However, an 8 cm step at the entrance and the slope of the pedestrian access on the property prevent it from obtaining the Gîtes de France® Tourism & Disability label. Developed in partnership with Gîtes de France®, the price includes: bed linen for the stay (beds made upon arrival), and dish towels. As the cottage is heated by electricity, you have 8 kWh per day included (any excess consumption will be charged to the host on site). End-of-stay cleaning is not included and is an optional extra; whether or not the cleaning option is chosen, guests are expected to empty the rubbish bins, wash and put away the dishes, vacuum, give the bathrooms a basic cleaning, and tidy the furniture.
