Nestled in the greenery, located in a very quiet area of Chartres, on the top of the hill on the right bank of the Eure, this very bright city break offers a magnificent view of the old town and the cathedral. Quality fittings and decoration, with emphasis on bio-sourced materials (wood, wood wool, cellulose wadding, natural linoleum, water-based paint, rainwater collection, etc.). The accommodation is served by bus (supermarket, city center, train station and hospital); free public parking immediately opposite. The interior layout allows for the accommodation of people with reduced mobility. A 15 m2 terrace extends the cottage and allows you to enjoy the view and the sun; an enclosed and flowery garden with a shaded grassy terrace completes the whole. Parking for one vehicle on the plot ONLY in case of PRM. Accommodation comprises a large living room offering beautiful far-reaching views and opening onto a semi-open kitchen.

Single-story, non-smoking cottage. The host's home adjoins the cottage, and the two gardens connect.
Pets are not allowed: the presence of an assistance dog in the host's home requires limiting cohabitation with another animal. Please prevent the dog from entering the cottage and do not give it anything to eat. Golden Retrievers are very greedy, but please pet them generously if they happen to come and say hello! Please let us know if you do not want them to come and see you. The cottage, which is entirely on one level, has been adapted to accommodate a person with reduced mobility (walk-in shower, adapted sink, and toilet).
However, an 8 cm step at the entrance and the slope of the pedestrian access to the plot do not allow it to obtain the Tourism & Disability label.
The rate includes: bed linen for the stay (beds made upon arrival), tea towels. Since the cottage is heated by electricity, you have 8 kWh per day (any excess is to be paid on site to the host). End-of-stay cleaning is not included and is an option; Whether or not the cleaning option is selected, the tenant will be responsible for emptying the trash, washing and putting away the dishes, vacuuming, giving the bathrooms a quick clean, and tidying the furniture.
