"We had a relaxing stop on our trip through southern France. The panoramic hotel is easy to reach from the highway, safe and free parking in front of the property is effortless. The spacious room we had was tastefully decorated and had a large balcony with a gorgeous view over the lake. Everything was perfectly clean and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the charcuterie plate at the bar, the restaurant looked also fantastic. Very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommend this hotel."

Very comfortable bed though traditional bolster with huge pillow and bed covers could be replaced. Very good traditional French country restaurant with local specialities and delicious local red wine plus good indoor swimming pool and views of the lovely countryside with sheep in the fields from the window. "I stayed in both the regular and the budget Ibis in Le Puy en Velay. Both were great. For the savings, I would probably stay in the budget Ibis again because it had everything I needed and it was right across from the train station. Both are convenient for touring the town or beginning the Camino."
