In the commune of Charny Orée de Puisaye, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 120 m² house with sauna for rent, which can accommodate up to 7 travelers. It comprises an attractive 40 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 10,000 m² garden. Sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises  
\- 40 m² living room with sofa, dining area and fireplace  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190) and one single bed (90×190)  
\- Bedroom 2: two single beds  
\- Bedroom 3: with double sofa bed, television and separate WC in a small adjoining room  
\- Bathroom with shower  
\- Separate WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha.  
  
Outside :  
\- A 30 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of fine weather  
\- 10,000 m² private and not enclosed garden  
  
The house is ideally located in Charny Orée de Puisaye, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private parking lot (max. 4 vehicles).  
  
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:  
\- Nearest train station: Joigny station, about 20 minutes by car.  
A car is necessary to fully enjoy the area.
