The Space:

Your next Oregon Coast vacation will be divine with this charming cottage, offering a sunny deck, tranquil garden landscape, and nearby beach access for up to six travelers to enjoy. It's also dog-friendly, so you can bring along your favorite canine!



Located at the north end of town, the sands and Pacific lie just two blocks away, and the attractions of downtown Seaside are accessible by a pleasant walk along the Promenade or down the beach. Kids and adults alike will have a pleasurable time at the Oregon Coast Aquarium, where you can feed fish to seals, see vibrant marine life, and learn a little about the coastal ecosystem. On Broadway, you'll also find a full-block arcade, amusement rides, mini golf, and the carousel mall with some fun shops inside - find your inner child at the toy store and try on eccentric hats at the specialty store for a good laugh.



Through the gate, you'll enter a peaceful garden landscape, lush with greenery and with a hammock to relax in the shade. A large deck has patio furniture, a bench, table, and a gas grill for barbecuing, as well as all new string lighting for those nights when you want to hang out just a while longer.

Perfect location near the beach

Great Stay!

It was a great stay for our family of five (including a pup) - clean, cozy, and comfortable. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood not from from all the activities, and a short walk to the beach. 2-car parking, fully fenced yard. Kitchen was wel-equipped, comfortable furniture, lots of books, games, and movies for staying in. Overall a great stay, would definitely come back!

Seaside Charm

This place is super cozy. It’s on the older lived in side but that’s what makes it so great. Love that they are dog friendly and just a short walk to the beach. The most well stocked home we have ever rented. If ever in this area again we would rent this place!

Wonderful Place

What a great location this was! We were in town for our basketball tournament and like to travel with our two dogs. The house and decide made it cozy and comfortable and it was great to have a fenced in area for the dogs. Close walk to the beach and the shops, close to the outlet stores as well. Would like a little later checkout time at 11am or 12pm, but great stay and would book again.

Just what we were looking for!

What a happy "homecoming" !!! When we walked in and took a little tour through the house, all 5 of us said 'oh my gosh, this is the cutest place ever! Loved the country/seaside look and all the decorative touches!" Also, those bed linens were VERY NICE! Everything was so clean, so nice to have two baths with two showers, all the amenities anyone could ask for! Yes, we would come again!

Quiet and Comfortable

We chose this house for its location near our cousin's. It isan older home, but well stocked, clean, and quite comfortable. We're glad for the walk in shower and two bathrooms. There are lots of books, games and puzzles. Stayed here last year and plan to book again next year. Both stays were rainy so could not enjoy the deck or hammock.

More than we expected. So comfortable our two lil DOXIS had a fun time as well exploring in the fenced yard. The walk to the beach was not as close as we had hoped but it didn’t detour us from walking to the beautiful ocean! Also walked to Seaside for nosin about. Our Seaside Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely little home in Seaside. The house was spotlessly clean, the bathrooms well-supplied, and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. The one (small!) disappointment was that the pictures on the website implied that the house was right next to the ocean access. This was incorrect - the walkway to the water was several blocks away. Again, not a horrible thing, just a bit of a surprise. The yard area was nicely fenced, which made it workable to have our two dogs with us. All in all, it was a very positive experience, and we would gladly repeat our visit.

Superb location with easy walk to beach, shops and restaurants

Cute little old beach cottage with 1950s charm. The house was perfect for a stay in Seaside close to everything, you can her the waves. There were two comfortable queen size beds and cozy little living room. The bathroom at the back of the house is newer and had great shower.The cons: The yard is way too overgrown and difficult to enjoy- spider webs and leaf litter made it difficult as a dog owner to scope out potential harmful plants or other dog droppings. The carpet inside needs a good cleaning. And this is small, but there was no coffee grounds provided with the stay so had to make a store run to get some before morning. Overall would stay here again because of the great location and dog friendly policy.

Wonderful little cottage and yard. Great location. Four of us on fun sewing/quilting retreat. Great quality bedding, towels, amenities. Well stocked kitchen, top grade appliances. Could use a little TLC. Very dirty ceiling vent in living room, probably needs new filter in otherwise well functioning heating system. One bedroom door nearly off hinges!! Definitely needs fixing!! Otherwise it was fine. We’d stay there again (if heating system/ducts serviced).

Perfect 1st Family Vacation

My husband and I were celebrating our 10 year anniversary, and wanted to do so with our 1 year old daughter and our dog. We hadn’t had a trip as a family since our daughter was born, so this was a big deal for us! The coast holds so many special memories for us already that it was the perfect place. And we couldn’t have been more happy with this property! The layout was small but perfectly cozy, and allowed our toddler to safely wander around without getting into anything out of sight. The fenced yard allowed our dog to be able to go outside as needed without us having to worry about his safety. We were able to walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes, and the Main Street promenade was just a few blocks away as well. We had a perfect trip and cannot wait to come back one day:)

The place is kinda run down compared to what it looks like in the pictures. The yard was overgrown, with branches covering the walkway and dead leaves strewn over the whole deck. Spiders were a huge problem. We walked right into a giant web as soon as we entered - got cobweb in our hair and faces, it was gross. Half the cutlery in the drawers was dirty and we had to rewash it. So were some of the plates on the shelves. The living room rug was kinda shabby and hurt my feet to walk barefoot on. I still give this place three stars because it has all the amenities. The hosts probably get to charge so much because of Seaside being a popular summer destination, but going at the end of summer we could have gotten better for the price.

Didn’t realize the biggest volleyball beach tourney was this weekend so made sense why the prices were high and stay options were limited. This was a good option that accommodated our dog with the fenced yard but was very dated and not the cleanest. This isn’t a critique on the housekeeping, they can only do so much with what they are working with. There is a sign that requests you take your shoes off but the carpet and floors really couldn’t support that, needs an update or extreme deep clean asap. Also, seeing the used toilet plunger and gross toilet brush immediately walking in was very off putting. Also, no signage about what they offer, where anything is, expectations, etc. nothing is labeled and had to hunt for basic things like detergent and hand towels. We picked up our dog poo and also what was left from other guests… Great location but would not stay here again.
