Nestled within a secure 270-acre facility with free-roaming cattle, picturesque blueberry fields, and regenerative farming, it also boasts a state-of-the-art equestrian facility. With 2,030 square feet, central air conditioning, and a washer and dryer, you'll feel right at home. The location is ideal, with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, shops, and wineries.  
  
The master bedroom includes a king bed and full bathroom, while the other two bedrooms each have a queen bed, sharing a bathroom. The living space is tastefully furnished, featuring a 55-inch TV and a variety of DVDs. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, and additional amenities include board games, books, and a gas fireplace.  
  
The single-story property has only three steps at the entrance, accessible-height toilets, and parking for up to three vehicles.
