"When we first arrived, we needed to be put in another room because our original room had a terrible smell to it. The staff was accommodating for this, however, kept trying to make excuses for what the smell in the room was. I later realized that they heat with natural gas and I am concerned that is what I was smelling in the original room. The next room they moved us into smelled better however it was terribly kept up. All the linens were dingy, molding in the bathroom, looked rotted at the bottom, the furniture was in terrible shape, very springy mattress. The check-in area was extremely messy and cluttered with random items. I would never stay here again."
