The condo is in a delightful location, right on the water and near everything downtown Charlottetown. It is a ground level condo, so super easy moving luggage and supplies in (and loading up afterwards); parking is right beside the access to the Condo, which is at the rear of the building — facing the water, as you can see from their photos.The condo is a good size and comfortable for a couple people, the kitchen has what you’ll need and bathroom is very spacious. Bedroom is large and the queen-size bed is very comfortable.The unit is cooled (and heated) by the quietest mini split unit that I’ve ever heard (or not heard)! Access is safe and easy. The codes to the doors were sent to us earlier in the day of our arrival. There is a building access door that opens to a small hallway that serves the two units on that level. The second code is to the condo door itself.Lots of walking trails nearby for those who want to walk in nature, and more than abundant street life and shops for those who want to wander the waterfront — or the entire downtown area including the renown PEI Theatre and Arts Centre. ##### Al H.
