Spacious 4 bedroom home close to Beaches, Live Entertainment and Golf Courses
- Enjoy your home away from home situated on a spacious treed lot that backs onto a quiet park. Our 1800 sq. ft. two story home offers four bedrooms, living and family rooms, fully equipped custom built eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, dining room that seats 8 people, 1 and 1/2 baths, deck that offers afternoon shade, Weber BBQ, single car garage and parking for up to 4 vehicles. On the first level there are hardwood floors, heating/cooling pump, 1/2 bath, 55" Sony Smart TV and free WIFI and Internet. The second floor offers a full bath, 4 bedrooms with one that has a 55" Sony Smart TV and heating/cooling pump. Our home is centrally located and only a short drive to PEI's finest beaches, golf courses, airport and many more attractions. We are minutes away from Historical Downtown Charlottetown that offers gorgeous waterfront parks, beautiful restaurants, live entertainment, shopping, hiking, biking and many more activities to enjoy.
