This modern 1300 sq. ft condo suite is within a three- story complex of exclusive, privately owned residences. Your unit on the second floor and includes elevator service and indoor parking. It also offers a full, up-close, view of the cruise ship harbor and marina. . You are a short walk from historic Great George Street that leads the way to PEI’s legislature building, Confederation Centre of the Arts theatre, art gallery, artisan shops as well as many excellent restaurants. Confederation Landing Park is next door. Step outside and follow the boardwalk as it follows the harbour, passes the Lt. Great location to do so. It was in walking distance to everything you want to do in town as well. The condo itself was very nice. Well appointed, very clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the boats come and go. There is a park next to the condo that featured a market on Sunday. We didn’t need a vehicle as we walked to the shops and restaurants. We didn’t have any issues and the owner was extremely helpful. One suggestion would be to have a sign in book with pertinent information like TV channels, emergency numbers, recycling, composting and services that are close by.
