Older homes and churches nearby and only a 5 minute walk to all shopping, entertainment, theater and the historic Charlottetown Waterfront. Getting Around: Charlottetown is a great place to get out and walk around. Walking tours are available from the tourist information center on Water street only 2 minutes away. From the front steps of the property you can walk anywhere around the city and only 1 block from the Charlottetown Boardwalk and waterfront. Also all major bus routes only steps from apartment front door. Other Things to Note: Please note that this apartment is one of three units in the building. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. We have a strict no-party policy and enforce quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. Cooking seafood (including lobster) is not permitted. Only registered guests are allowed during quiet hours. One dog up to 25 lbs is allowed; pets are not permitted on furniture and must not be left unattended. Free street parking is available. There were two queen sized beds, though the listing said one queen and one double. The one challenge we faced was in the smaller bedroom where there was no space to easily make the bed, as it was pushed up against the wall. We still preferred that to the double bed that was shown in the listing, and it was a minor inconvenience.
