Stayed with elderly mother (84) and daughter (30) and myself (60). Three bedrooms worked perfect as daughter had room at back that was private and easy access to door so others were not disturbed. Once up the stairs to second floor everything is on same level so easy navigation. This 3 bedroom apartment also has 2 assigned parking spaces. Very clean and well stocked. There was a Goldilocks in our group and it was lucky there were 3 beds to choose from; although 2 were hard and 1 was just right. The only downside was there wasn't the same variety of pillows and no throw blankets in the living room. Extremely small thing to note, but one in the group insisted the message should be passed on. Only way to make this location a bit better would be more towels and although rooms were absolutely fine and we gave 5 stars, would give another star if possible if mattresses were upgraded to a better quality. Everything is clean and fresh. Downtown Charlottetown is charming with a nice small town atmosphere. If you like late nineteenth/early twentieth century architecture, you are in for a treat.
