The 1st Street Bungalow: Walk Downtown + Hot Tub

Below is a breakdown of the 1-story house:

LIVING ROOM - Sofa, coffee table, accent tables, floor lamp, smart TV and extra blankets.

DINING ROOM - Dining table with 6 chairs

KITCHEN - Full stocked kitchen with a new electric stove, refrigerator, Keurig, dishwasher, toaster and all kitchen essentials.

BEDROOM 1 - Located at the front of the house is the first bedroom, which features a queen bed, two nightstands with lamps and a wardrobe for clothes storage.

BEDROOM 2 - Located off the kitchen is the second bedroom ,which features a twin daybed with twin trundle (all linen provided), a desk and chair and lamp, plus a closet for hanging clothes storage.

BEDROOM 3 - Located at the back of the house is the third bedroom, which features a king bed, two nightstands with lamps, a dresser and a closet for hanging clothes storage.

BATHROOM - Full bathroom with single vanity sink, toilet and tub/shower combo. Hair dryer and first aid kit are provided.

LAUNDRY - washer and dryer, plus iron and ironing board are located behind the kitchen and available for guests to use (detergent provided)

BACKYARD - fully fenced backyard with a new 6-person hot tub, wood burning fire pit (firewood not provided), Adirondack chairs and two swinging chairs.

DOG FRIENDLY with an additional $100 fee/stay!
