Sorry you couldn't find the trashcan...in our check in information we write "trashcan located out the side door and just on the other side of the fence." When I reiterated this to you, I believe you saw it immediately. Luckily, it was a super quick scavenger hunt! I am sorry about the smell. We have had several renters in June and no one has mentioned a smell. It is equally odd because we are on city water and city sewer so we've never had a smell issue, at least not in the 5 years we've owned the house. We are so conveniently located to the Downtown Mall, the hospital and the The Corner. We love walking to dinner. People need to have the option of cooking and serving all meal when on a trip. Daniel, So glad the place was great. Often times there are linens in the dryer if the cleaners can't get them done and out before the next renters come. We have several sets of linens and towels so guests are never affected. This has gotten better with a brand new dryer this fall that has speeded things up. The condo heats up in 20 minutes so it is often keep off or very low, especially in the months were it goes from 70 to 50 in a day. Thanks for the heads up. Take care, Sarah
