Oct 2025 deep clean at property. This will include thorough sanitization of all surfaces, including walls, trim, and furnishings, to ensure a comfortable and hygienic environment for your stay.
This is my personal home when I am not traveling for work, so the house is always kept up and you should feel right at home! All I ask, is you treat this house with respect and leave it in the same condition as when you checked in!
Please feel free to share your reason for booking and I will be sure to have a welcome basket for your occasion!!
All check in instructions will be sent date of arrival but do not hesitate to reach out with any questions.
This property offers a boho-chic ranch-style residence, complete with a yard, and is conveniently located within a half-mile walking distance of Lakeside Restaurant and Paddle Boat & Boat Rental.
Your unit includes: a washer/dryer, full kitchen (with stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, Tupperware, utensils, plates and cookware). With a covered front porch to relax and unwind from the day.

BEDROOMS: This home sleeps 8 guests in 1 KING size memory foam bed, 2 QUEEN size memory foam bed and 1 QUEEN size memory foam sofa bed.

\- Living Area: 1 queen sofa bed (sleeps 2 adults).
BATHROOMS: The bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), plush towels, washcloths, and a hairdryer.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully stocked with all your essentials identified in the description plus.
PARKING: This space has a 6 car driveway that is available. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN GRASS, THERE IS PLENTY OF SPACE. IF THIS OCCURS A $100 FINE WILL BE ACCESSED.
SAFETY: Your unit is equipped with a smoke detector and fire extinguisher that is located in the laundry room. Security cameras are present around the exterior of the building.
OTHER AMENITIES: Iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, beach towels, high speed wifi, smart tv, basic cleaning supplies, board games.
