We had to deep clean grill and boat dock prior renters cleaned fish left bloody knife and hooks.Gravel road to home approx half mile muddy from construction and ruts in road were rough even with pick up truck towing a boat. The beach area was perfect and my daughters loved playing in the water and trying to catch little fish. We had fun with the paddle boats and kayaks, but didn't see any life jackets, so bring your own. Few issues were resolved with property manager promptly.
