Great location very close to Davidson college and Main Street. Was so good to have 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths for our family as we moved our son in to school. Very walkable and nice neighborhood, house was super clean and comfortable.
Robs place was just what we needed. Well appointed. Great communication. Nice quiet neighborhood. Pet friendly. Would definitely stay there again when in the area. Thx Rob!!.
House was perfect for our 5 adults there to attend a family wedding. Clean, neat. Great communication with Rob. Beautiful little town. Enjoyed a nice walk to the market Saturday!
This house is the perfect location. It’s a few blocks to the Harris Teeter, a few blocks to downtown Davidson, a few blocks from the Brickhouse Tavern, and one block to the Davidson Theater. The neighborhood is tree-lined and quiet. The house is plenty roomy and has a delightful back patio. It’s a great place to stay

Comfortable townhome in charming Davidson neighborhood
The home was perfect for our family with everything we needed - coffee, towels, linens. It was very clean upon arrival, the neighborhood itself was almost right on the Davidson campus and easily walkable to restaurants, shops, etc. We would definitely stay here again.
This property met all our needs while visiting our adult kids. Kitchen was fully stocked for all things needed to cook meals and grill. Neighborhhod was pleasant and quiet and close to may things for anyones interest
Great location. The college and downtown were both within walking distance. The neighborhood was quiet and a great place to walk our dog and enjoy the surroundings. The fenced in back yard was great to let the dog out as well. Master bedroom was comfortable and spacious.
Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The home was very clean although there are some stains on the carpet (to be expected in a pet-friendly home). The listing is accurate except there is no double sleep sofa as described. We would definitely stay there again.
We were in town for a Davidson College event. This house was in a great location. Easy walk to Main Street and the campus. The house is stocked with all the essentials. Only regret we did not find it before our daughter was a Senior at Davidson!
Rob was very attentive…. Quick to communicate and very accommodating.
The home was very clean. It was nice to be able to travel with our dogs and visit our family for DC swim meet … just a short walk to campus, Main St restaurants and coffee shops and the Sat am Davidson farmers market.
We came to Davidson to be closer to our granddaughters Lacrosse Tournament this weekend. First off we loved the town Davidson and we loved the location of the townhouse, the street it's on is just beautiful. The house was just as described and had everything we needed for a great weekend. There are plenty of extras such as towels, laundry detergent, trash bags, and everything you could think of for the kitchen. We used the grill one evening and it worked perfectly. Rob was a great host and communicator. We'll defiantly stay here next time we're in town.
This home was clean and in a nice neighborhood. I wouldn’t technically call it walkable, but there are a couple restaurants that you can walk to on a busy main road to access.
My only complaint: People don’t want to use someone else’s used bar of soap. All that was provided in shower were two unwrapped and used bars, yuck. And no other toiletries, such as shampoo/conditioner were provided.
My recommendation would be to include a starter kit with mini soap, shampoo and conditioner, the same as a hotel. I had to run to grocery store to shower and for the nightly rental being charged, this should be provided to your guests.
Rob’s communication was great with check in. I would recommend this property to families who don’t need lake access but need a bigger space than a hotel room.
Robert was an amazing host. He always responded promptly and took care of our every need. The amenities could use some updating, but overall this home suited our needs very well. The location is excellent. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds were comfortable. We would stay here again.
