    Built over 100 years ago, this lovingly restored home is among the oldest residences in the city. The home pre-dates Charlotte's recording of deeds and so the actual construction date is unknown. Lived in by mill workers during the heyday of Charlotte's cotton and textile boom, the home is proudly recognized as a historical structure by Charlotte and the state of North Carolina. Walk to nightlife and easy downtown access.
