Nice towels, great to have a porch, washer and dryer. All amazing for the price. This property was on the ground floor and was just perfect. The accommodations were just right with plenty of room for all guests. The location was just minutes from the stadium. I stayed here with my husband, three children, and my mother. Was in walking distance of several parks/markers/coffee shops. Laurel Market was a favorite for breakfast every morning. The hosts also replaced a strobing/fading light bulb in the dining room so that we could put together legos with the kiddos over the weekend! Which they certainly didn’t have to do. It is in an older building, which means there is a lot of character, but you can hear the neighbor above and next door. The floorboards creak, and I could hear the neighbor get up and out of bed much of the night. I didn't bring earplugs (I'm not a light sleeper). A trip to CVS for some silicone earplugs and a white noise app on my phone did the trick. This is not mentioned in any of the other reviews, so I thought it was important to mention. ##### Laura R.
