  • About this space
    Brand new renovation and NEW DOCK! Ultimate privacy on Lake Norman with BLISSFUL views. Private road and calm water year round. This is the perfect getaway you've been thinking about!

    This 3 bedroom/3 bathroom (8 beds) is the coziest home in the Mooresville area - located right in the middle of everything. Minutes away from all the attractions (Trump National Charlotte, GoPro Motorplex, NASCAR race shops, and many more) and a short drive to Charlotte.
    The space
    This home was recently completely renovated with the intentions to host renters to the lake. Each room was thought through thoroughly during the reno as to maximize the space without compromising the experience. Experience the sun on the top deck but should it rain during your stay then head below the deck to a completely covered patio with a propane fire pit and chairs to relax. Brand new covered dock finished in June 2023.

    The entire house is open to the guest with the exception of the 2 locked storage rooms in the downstairs area.
    Other things to note
    Free boat launch within 2 miles from the house. It is safe to leave your boat parked at the dock overnight if you wish - our house is located well into a no wake zone with calm, glassy water year round.

    Solostove fire pit and chairs in the gravel patio, propane fire pit on the lower concrete patio, and upright propane heater on the top deck.

Charlotte race weekend stay

This place is awesome. Plenty of room, awesome deck and patio. Solo stove fire pit and grill were our go to’s all weekend. Bed was the most comfortable one I’ve slept on in years. Clean and cozy home! Would definitely recommend. Wes was great! Thank you for the opportunity to stay at such a gorgeous place.
