We stayed with 4 adults and 3 children, and had 2 more adults and 2 children visiting daily from nearby. Most days, we had 11 people enjoying the house - playing, dining, and relaxing together - and it handled our group beautifully. The home is thoughtfully equipped with nearly everything you could need (far too much to list!). The main-level primary bedroom features a spacious en-suite bath with shower and direct access to the deck through a patio door. Upstairs, two bedrooms comfortably sleep about 6 (depending on configurations), and share a large, modern family-friendly bathroom. The finished basement offers two additional beds, a laundry room, and another bathroom with shower. Outside, a generous deck with gas grill, patio furniture, and plenty of parking completes the picture. The surrounding area is peaceful, yet convenient - restaurants, shops, a Publix supermarket, and even a Costco are all within a 10-25 minute drive. It is amazing. The views out over the main channel is awesome. The host has it equipped with everything you can possibly need. I loved the parking. Plenty of it, even room to park my truck and boat trailer,and boat launch only 10minutes away. My family and grandkids came to visit and was in total awe. They ask if Papa would bring them back. The host was very gracious and communicated promptly to my text and calls.
