Comfortable accommodations: Guests have full access to the new 1500+ sq. ft. home, nestled on nearly 5 acres. This private retreat is thoughtfully furnished with all the amenities you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Outdoor living: The property features multiple outdoor spaces where you can unwind and enjoy the natural surroundings. Relax on the balcony, take in the peaceful woods, watch the deer that share the land, or spend your evenings on the patio by the fire pit.

Fully equipped kitchen: Prepare meals with ease in the spacious, well-stocked kitchen featuring granite countertops and new appliances, including an oven with electric cooktop, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. For your convenience, the kitchen includes:
- Coffee maker and toaster oven
- Pots, pans, and cooking utensils
- Dishes, glassware, and silverware
- Basic pantry staples (salt, pepper, cooking oil)

Living Room: Unwind in the downstairs living room, featuring a 60” smart TV and a queen-size pull-out sofa for extra guests. The space flows seamlessly to the covered patio through sliding doors, where a table and chairs await, perfect for enjoying the serene wooded surroundings and beautiful views.

Family Room: Relax in the family room with a 60” smart TV and comfortable furnishings. Grab a board game to play, or kick your feet up and enjoy the views through the oversized windows.

Private Bedrooms: This home features two cozy bedrooms, one on the main level and one on the lower level. Each bedroom includes a queen-size bed, ample storage for your belongings, and a 50” smart TV. The lower-level bedroom also has a secure sliding door with built-in blinds and provides easy access to the exterior patio area. The home can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests with the addition of the pull-out sofa bed in the lower-level living room.

2 Full Bathrooms: Each bath is spacious with walk-in showers. Additionally, each restroom has a hair dryer and a starter supply of toiletries.

Laundry Room: The laundry room is equipped with cleaning supplies, a clothes iron, a utility sink, and a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

Balcony, Patio, & Porch: This home offers three separate covered outdoor spaces for you to enjoy. The first is a large covered patio on the lower level, featuring a propane gas grill and spacious table and chairs, accessible from outside or through sliding doors in the lower-level living room and bedroom. The second is a covered balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for taking in the scenery; it is accessed from the family room sliding door. The third space is a charming covered front porch, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee.

Wi-Fi Access: Stay connected with fiber internet throughout the house.

Parking: Onsite parking is available adjacent to the home and can accommodate up to two vehicles. Please park near the front door stairs for the easiest access.

Guests have full access to the entire home.

The only exceptions are the mechanical room and storage room beneath the lower-level stairs, both areas are locked.

Please reach out to the host if you have questions about the dock in the cove or would like to use it. Just a heads-up that Lake Norman water levels are controlled by Duke Energy and can fluctuate, so it's a good idea to check for the current conditions.
